Frequently Asked Questions

Here are the answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.  If you have a question that is not answered here, please feel free to contact customer service.  Thank you for shopping at Birthday Boy Boutique and we hope you enjoyed your visit. 

What forms of payment do you accept? TOP

We accept Mastercard,Visa, Discover, American Express, Google Checkout and Paypal. Paypal processes all our payments through their secure server and we never see your credit card information. You do not need a Paypal account to pay by credit card. 


Do I have to pay sales tax? TOP
All residents in the state of Texas must pay 7.250% sales tax.  Also even if you live out of the state of Texas, but the shipping address is in Texas than your order will be sales tax.

Is my credit card information secure? TOP

Absolutely!  All credit card payments are processed through Paypal.  (You do not need a Paypal account to pay through Paypal).  We never even see your credit card information.  Nor do we see your credit card information if you choose to pay through Google Checkout.

When will my order ship? TOP
Everything at Birthday Couture is custom-made upon receipt of your order.  Therefore it is important to read the item description to find out how approximately when you can expect your item to be completed.  You will then need to add shipping time of up to one week to that time frame in order to estimate delivery date.  If you need an item sooner than than that date, you may inquire about rush processing availability.

Do you keep my personal information confidential? TOP

Yes!  We keep all of our customer's email addresses, phone numbers and mailing addresses confidential.  We will never share, rent, sell or exchange any personal information, as your privacy is of the utmost importance to us.

I only received part of my order, where is the rest of my order? TOP
If you have ordered multiple items, please be aware they may arrive in separate packages.  You may track your order via our Order Tracking page by entering your email address and order number.

Can I cancel my order? TOP
If you wish to cancel your order please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order.  There may be times that your order has already been shipped and you will be unable to cancel. 

What is your return policy? TOP

It is very important to us that you be 100% satisfied with your purchase, however due to the nature of our business in which all our items are custom made-to-order  and/or personalized we do not accept returns.  The exception to this policy is if you receive a defective item or we made a mistake in processing your order.  In which case we ask that you contact us as soon as possible to advise us of the error. 

Please return items within 10 days of receipt in new condition so that we can send you a replacement item.  When you contact us about returning the item you will need to let us know the following information:

1.  Order Number
2.  Item being returned
3.  Reason for return

When I choose to pay through Paypal, the page says 2 Silly Monkeys Boutique, why? TOP
BirthdayCouture.com is a division of 2 Silly Monkeys Boutique, and all payments are processed through the same Paypal account.
