It is very important to us that you be satisfied with your purchase and we are confident that you will be pleased, however, please note that due to the nature of our business in which all our items are handcrafted, custom made-to-order and/or personalized we do not accept returns. The exception to this policy is if you receive a defective item or we made a mistake in processing your order. In which case we ask that you contact us as soon as possible to advise us of the error.
Please return items within 10 days of receipt in new condition so that we can send you a replacement item. When you contact us about returning the item you will need to let us know the following information:
1. Order Number 2. Item being returned 3. Reason for return
